Hit add comment at the top of the comments or at the bottom of the comments and type what ever you have to say!!! It is really easy.

i don't quite understand what you're asking but...

if you want it to look like that on your myspace, you can't really do that.

that's your view comments page, it's different than how your profile shows your comments.

if you want comments then someone has to comment you :P

You go to your comments.

On your keyboard there is a Print Screen button.

Pick the comment(s) you want and give them in about the middle of the screen and move your mouse and hit the print screen button.

Go into paint.

Press Ctrl + V and it should paste the screen cap onto there.

Select the Rectangle/Select button at the top and crop it to how you like.

Save the picture into a jpeg and save it onto your computer, somewhere you can find it.

Then go into an image hosting site (Photobucket, TinyPic) and upload it and then use the the HTML Code and paste it any where in your profile.
