It shouldn't,go to account settings and you will see maintence(Far Right),maybe one of your settings is off!

they do not go away until you view your own pics from clicking "pics" underneath your default picture!

View the picture that has the new comments by going to your pictures without clicking the "new picture comments" and it should go away!

that happens to me too. go to your pictures and look at the pictures that have new comments, and then go home and they should be gone =]] %26lt;3 christine
